Day 2 Polignano a Mare / Bari
Breakfast and departure for Bari, guided tour of the city: overlooking the Adriatic Sea, an important port center, with its rich historical, cultural, and architectural heritage over time has earned it the name "Bari gateway to the East." Visit to Bari Vecchia a labyrinth of narrow streets enclosed within the walls with the Basilica of San Nicola, Cathedral of San Sabino, Swabian Castle. Possibility to have a "home restaurant" experience. Return to hotel in Polignano M.. Overnight stay.

Day 3 Polignano a Mare / Conversano
Breakfast and departure for Conversano, tour of the town: the beauty of the town, ancient Norba, is reflected in the lush natural setting of Puglia and the splendid local medieval and Renaissance architecture. Typical Italian lunch Spaccio Mortadella Jazz. Afternoon transfer to Polignano Mare
-Cala Ponte Marina, boat excursion with aperitif and visit Polignano Caves (5-8:30 pm). Transfer to hotel and overnight stay.

Day 4 Polignano a Mare/Alberobello/Locorotondo
Breakfast and departure for Valle d'Itria, visit to the Albea-Alberobello Wine Museum with tasting. A tribute to the oenological and agricultural culture of this territory and of the whole of Puglia, the museum is located in large spaces on the upper floor of the winery, an interesting example of 20th-century industrial architecture and an integral part of it. Day 5 Polignano a Mare / Altamura / Matera
Breakfast and departure for Altamura, visit to the "Vito Forte Bread Museum": dating back to 1300 when a baker named Giovanni and his wife Barisana donated half of the oven to the church of S.Maria Assunta, current Altamura Cathedral, for this reason known as "U furn d'la chjisa ranne". Day 6 Matera

Day 7 Matera/Grottaglie/Lecce
Breakfast and departure for Grottaglie. Day 8 Lecce
Breakfast and tour of Lecce: a wonderful city walk through its alleys and be won over by its charm, through Porta Napoli wind a maze of intricate lanes characterized by the presence of elegant palaces, stores and about forty churches. In the beautiful Piazza Sant'Oronzo, the heart of the city, you can admire the Column of Sant'Oronzo, Palazzetto del Sedile, here you will find numerous clubs and meeting places.

Day 9 Lecce/Leverano
Breakfast and departure for a visit to the Conti Zecca-Leverano winery. For five centuries the Zecca family has lived in the lands of Leverano, in the heart of Salento, you will be welcomed to tell you our story in the rooms of our winery, where you will learn more about the agricultural practices we use in the vineyard to the main winemaking methods. The tour ends in the cozy tasting room, where you will immerse yourself in the aromas and flavors of our wines. Return to Lecce, overnight stay.

Day 10 Lecce / Otranto
Breakfast and departure for " Tenuta Corallo Winery " - Otranto. The estate overlooks the beautiful beach of the " Baia dei Turchi " an oasis of peace along one of the most picturesque stretches of " Salento ". It boasts a winery that offers its guests emotional experiences and warm hospitality. Walk among the vineyard rows, guided tour of the winery, lunch with tasting of the four wines: white, rosé, red and the award-winning Passito di Aleatico Milia. Afternoon guided tour of Otranto a mix of history, culture and art that makes this village unique.

Day 11 Lecce /Surbo
Breakfast and departure for Agro Azienda Agricola del Salento, producers of extra virgin olive oil for four generations with about 40 hectares of olive groves: we immerse ourselves in an authentic oil tasting experience at the " Agro Oil Mill", through the various stages of production of an exceptional olive oil. Tour of the olive grove and in-depth study of olive harvesting techniques, tasting of two " premium " extra virgin olive oils with selections of Salento's finest products: olives, Negroamaro onions, turnip greens pasta, olive paste, all with homemade bread.
