Day 3 Polignano a Mare / Cisternino
Breakfast and departure for Cisternino, a small village in the heart of Puglia famous for its white, perched historic center, its churches and trulli, its gastronomy and its hospitality. Tasting at "Il Frantoio D'amico Pietro" , since 1917 encompasses the history of an Apulian family that has transformed its love for its land, its olive trees into fine 100% Italian olive oil. Day 4 Polignano a Mare / Alberobello / Locorotondo
Breakfast and departure for the Itria Valley, visit to the Albea Alberobello Wine Museum with tasting. A tribute to the oenological and agricultural culture of this territory and all of Puglia, the museum is located in large spaces on the upper floor of the winery, an interesting example of 20th-century industrial architecture and an integral part of it. Day 6 Lecce / Otranto
Breakfast and departure for " Tenuta Corallo Winery " - Otranto. The estate overlooks the beautiful beach of the " Baia dei Turchi " an oasis of peace along one of the most picturesque stretches of Salento . It boasts a winery that offers its guests emotional experiences and warm hospitality. Walk through the vineyard rows, guided tour of the winery, lunch with tasting of the four wines ( white, rosé, red and the award-winning Passito di Aleatico Milia) . Day 7 Lecce / Leverano / Bari
Breakfast and departure for the Conti Zecca Winery-Leverano . For five centuries the Zecca family has lived in the lands of Leverano, in the heart of Salento, you will be welcomed to tell you our story in the rooms of our winery, where you will learn more about the agricultural practices we use in the vineyard and the main winemaking methods.
