Si sono alternati sul palo del festival suoni e artisti…dal blues intenso dell’armonia di Sugar Blue, al delicato modo di fondere musica e teatro di Rocco Papaleo; dal funky più sfrenato di Waldo Weathers, alla world music dell’ultimissimo Enzo Avitabile & i bottari. E poi ancora le bands emergenti: Res Publica dal sound intenso rock blous high power; Patchanka Soledada coloratissimi eroi del movimento reggae che oggi tira il trend; Solid Groove dal Blues raffinato e dalle sonorità ricercate: Controra la band di Policoro dal sound tosto. E il blues non finisce qui…a tutto blues!
In the beautiful scenery of Policoro summer, the Blues in Town becomes every year a cornerstone of a melting pot of experiences. Have taken turns on the schedule of the festival artists and sounds … from intense blues of Sugar Blue harmony to the delicate way to combine music and theater of Rocco Papaleo, from funky wildest Waldo Weathers to the world music of the latest Enzo Avitabile & i Bottari.
